David D Bolon, Esq.

David D Bolon is the third generation of his family who has owned, operated, and brokered real estate in Columbus, Ohio.

Dave is a 1982 graduate of Bexley High School and received his BS in from The Ohio State University 1986 and his JD from Capital University Law School in 1992 having concentrated his studies in real property law.

In 1992 Dave started a title company and for 20 years built his title agency into a Top 10 agency in Columbus. In 2011 he merged his title agency with another and obtained his Ohio Real Estate Agents License and worked with a local broker until 2019 when he received his Ohio Real Estate Brokers license. Having developed the concept of The Bolon Co over the past 5 years, he started The Bolon Company in 2019.

Dave has represented Buyers and Sellers of residential and commercial real estate and has represents legal clients since 1992. Involved in thousands of transactions throughout Ohio, Dave’s experience is unmatched and has been involved in the transfer of nearly 15 million dollars in real estate.
